Statement on the resignation of NIH Chief of Staff Seana Cranston
2023 ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ announces that Seana Cranston has stepped down from the role of Chief of Staff, effective March 9, 2026. We thank her for her service and contributions to NIH and to advancing our mission. We are grateful for the leadership and dedication demonstrated during her tenure. We are actively conducting a thorough search and review process to identify and appoint the most highly qualified candidate to serve in this role. NIH remains focused on our priorities to best serve the health of the American people.
