Overview

The 2023 ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ (NIH) Office of Research on Women’s Health (ORWH) is planning to launch the COMpetency in Menopause & Integrated Therapy (COMMIT) Challenge. The mission of ORWH is to support and integrate research on women’s health and sex influences across the NIH biomedical enterprise to advance discovery and improve the health of women across the life course. This challenge is anticipated to have two tracks. One is to identify and reward exemplary curricula for integrating effective and scalable menopause training across health professions. The other goal is to identify and reward the development of specialty-specific curricula tailored to distinct professional disciplines. The total prize purse from NIH for this Challenge will be announced here at a later date, along with complete information on how to participate and how submissions will be judged.
