The Office of Management Assessment (OMA) provides broad management oversight and advice to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ on program integrity, risk management, and management support systems that safeguard agency assets, preserve public trust in NIH, and provide an administrative infrastructure for the agency.

  • Privacy

    The NIH Privacy Program is responsible for mitigating and managing privacy breaches within NIH, and coordinates with IC Privacy Coordinators across NIH to prevent and manage situations where persons other than authorized users have access, or potential access, to personally identifiable information (PII).

  • Division of Program Integrity

    The Division of Program Integrity is responsible for reviewing noncriminal allegations of improper employee conduct, misuse of grant or contract funds, and grantee/contractor conflict of interest related to NIH programs and activities.
