Glenn M. Fish
Glenn M. Fish has served as President & CEO of أغر؟´«أ½ Corporation since December 2025.
Glenn has more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, business operations, and general management in global manufacturing companies.
He has been a member of the أغر؟´«أ½ Management Council (HMC) since August 2023, having initially joined the Company as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Glenn prioritized building strong connections and relationships with أغر؟´«أ½’s shareholders, employees and other stakeholders. He successfully evolved the organizational structure, succession and talent strategy within أغر؟´«أ½’s Finance, Accounting and Tax Functions and played a key role in the development of أغر؟´«أ½’s portfolio strategy, including the divestiture of CP Kelco to Tate & Lyle (T&L) in 2024.
Prior to joining أغر؟´«أ½, he most recently served as the EVP & CFO of Vibrantz Technologies Inc., a leading specialty chemicals and advanced materials company. His prior leadership positions also include EVP & COO and EVP & CFO of Tekni-Plex, as well as senior leadership roles at Portola Packaging Inc. and Alcan Packaging. He has an MBA from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
