The members of the executive leadership team—the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Management Council—lead by example, adhering to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Principles and reinforcing the importance of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s core values to employees at every level of the company.
Although ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ is privately owned, they hold the company to many of the same standards commonly expected of a publicly traded company.
