Jerry Sheridan
Jerry E. Sheridan brings his experience with global general management and finance to the Board of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Engineered Woods. He previously served on the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Engineered Materials Board from 2010 through 2012 and on the CP Kelco Board from 2013 through 2017.
Sheridan retired in 2026 as Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Environmental Solutions, a leader in non-hazardous liquid waste management.
He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., serving from 2012-2019. He joined the company as Vice President–Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Based in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, AmeriGas is a $2.3 billion propane distributor serving 1.3 million customers from 1,200 locations throughout the country. From 2003 to 2005, Sheridan served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Potters Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of engineered glass materials with 23 manufacturing facilities in 12 countries, and a wholly owned subsidiary of PQ Corporation. In addition, Sheridan served as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (1999 to 2003) of PQ Corporation, a global producer of inorganic specialty chemicals.
A CPA, Sheridan holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He also graduated from Stanford University’s Executive Management Program.
