ATLANTA, GEORGIA (December 10, 2025) – Glenn M. Fish has succeeded Gretchen McClain as the President & CEO of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Corporation (ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½).  

Glenn was selected by a unanimous vote of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Board of Directors, previously serving as ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2023. During his time at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, he has successfully evolved the organizational structure, succession and talent strategy within the Corporate Finance, Accounting and Tax functions and has contributed significantly to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s long-term portfolio strategy. He played an instrumental role in the divestiture of CP Kelco to Tate & Lyle (T&L) in 2024 and has represented ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ on T&L’s Board post-transaction.  

He holds an MBA from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.   

Gretchen McClain will remain at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ in an advisory capacity until April 2026 to ensure a successful transition.
