FOIA requesters may appeal the denial of information within ninety (90) days of the date of the letter from the agency by following the procedures outlined in Subpart F of the HHS FOIA Regulations.  Appeals may be filed via email to FOIARequest@hhs.gov or HHS.ACFO@hhs.gov.
